Before booking with Move Nordic please bear in mind that this is an outdoor activity and weather conditions may vary. 

Your session won't be cancelled because of rain unless the conditions are deemed unsafe. 

In case of unsafe conditions, late cancellation may occur and you will be informed as soon as possible.

If your session has been cancelled by Move Nordic due to weather conditions, you will have the option to reschedule for another date. 

5-Walk-Pass can be used for any Energy or Recharge weekly walks at any location (except longer Wonder Walks). You have 2 months to use your 5- walk-pass before it expires. 

If you need to cancel your weekly session less than 2h before the scheduled walk, you will be charged for that session. 

There is a minimum participation number for Wonder Walks, if your walk is cancelled because of this, refunds can be processed.
